Introducing the “Community Plan”

At the October 2020 Quarterly Meeting, Pastor Matt shared with the congregation about the “Community Plan,” which is a new strategic ministry plan to guide the mission of First Baptist Church for the next five to ten years. The Community Plan has been approved by the Executive Committee and by the Diaconate Board. This is a “living document” that will change and grow over time, as we adapt to the needs of the community and as we accomplish goals along the way. Despite the pandemic, let’s get excited about the future God has in store for our church family and for our community!
